This 1.75-hour island tour includes all of Rottnest’s must-see locations including Jeannies Lookout, Wadjemup Lighthouse, Henrietta Rocks and the majestic look-out point at Mabel Cove. All major habitats are covered on this amazing tour, including Rottnest’s cultural and historical heritage ranging from Maritime, Colonial and Military history to future developments.

EVENING SEALS, SUNSET and WEST END TOUR (operating November to early April)

Staying overnight on the island? Or taking a late ferry home?

The Rottnest Seals, Sunset and West End tour operates mid-December to early April and heads through the middle of the island, passing Wadjemup Lighthouse at dusk, before arriving at the West End. There’s time to walk Cape Vlamingh and see the NZ long nose fur seals at Cathedral Rocks, if they’re home.

Choose a spot for sunset and feel free to bring a picnic.

Return departure from the West End is 5 minutes after the sun has set, and the driver will give an exact time each day. After the amazing sunset, return via the same route with options for drop offs at Geordie Bay for dinner reservations or anyone staying there with the final drop off at Main Bus Stop
